The price of the pergola includes the posts and roof only. Please note that a cement floor or bottom deck is not included. If you wish to add a wood deck, we offer a starting price of $1,728 for a 12x12 deck.

However, we are delighted to offer outdoor kitchens with convenient drop-ins for your grill, smoker, and fridge. You can choose between a luxurious granite top or a durable cement top.
