OUR PROCESS
Salvaged Materials
The Port of Brownsville is the biggest ship breaking site in the USA. When a marine vessel is retired, it gets broken down for mainly, scrap metal and parts, but there is almost always wood, chains and rope that we re-purpose to build our reclaimed wood products
Reclaimed Wood
Most Marine Vessels made of steel have wood that is used as pallets, wall boarding, shelving, and flooring among other things. We make use of everything we can from these ships to re-purpose.
Hand made in Texas
Every Timber Image product is hand made in our hometown of Brownsville TX. Because of the uniqueness of reclaimed wood. No two swings are identical. All pieces have their own unique characteristics making your piece a one of a kind.
